Navalkol (Kohlrabi) chi Bhaji

Ingredients:

Navalkol (Kohlrabi)
Tel
Mohri,
Jeere,
Hing, 
Halad,
Mirchi powder,
Kothimbir
Meeth, 
Sakhar



Alkol chirun ghyava. Barik tukde karave.
Vistavavar bhande tapvun tyat tel ghalave. Tel thode jasta ghalave.
Tel taplyavar tyat mohri, jeere ani hing ghalavi. Halad ghalavi.
Chirlela alkol ghalava. Partave.
Mirchi powder ghalavi.
Satat partat rahave.
Alkol shijlyavar (al dente) meeth ghalave. Chavila sakhar ghalavi.
Kothimbir chirun ghalavi.

There is an alternate recipe that uses a pressure pan. But that turns the alkol into mush. It is faster but I prefer this.

Pratham mixer madhe marinade banvave.
Tyat pudina, kothimbir, hirvya mirchya, aale and lasun ghalave. Pudina thoda jasta ghalava.
Barik karun ghyave.
Chicken la marinade ani meeth lavave.

Kanda barik chirun ghyava.
Pressure pan vistavavar thevave. Taplyavar tyat tel ghalave.
Telat miri, lavang ani tamal patra ghalave.
Thoda barik chirlela kanda ghalava. Partun ghyave.
Kanda laalsar zaala ki urlela kanda ghalava.
Kanda shijlyavar marinated chicken ghalave. Thode pani ghalave.
Pressure pan chya don shitya kadhavya.
Pressure nighalyavar tyat chavila meeth ghalave. 
Limba cha ras ghalava.
Chirleli kothimbir ghalavi.
