Kolambi Bhaat

Kolambi bhaat
Ingredients:
Kolambi
Miri (whole)
Lavang
Dalchini
Tamalpatra
Velchi (whole)
Aale
Lasun
Kanda
Batata
Basmati rice
Tup
Mith
Kothimbir
Malvani masala (or Garam masala)
Fried Onions (French's Crispy Fried Onions)



Kolambi saaf karun ghyavi. Mith, halad ani mirchi powder lavun marinate karavi.
Basmati rice dhuvun thevava.
Lasun ani aalyachi paste karun ghyavi.
Vistavavar pressure pan tapvun tyat tup ghalave.
Tup taplyavar tyat akkhe masala (Miri, lavang, dalchini, tamalpatra ani velchi) ghalavi.
Chirlela kanda ghalava. Kanda thoda jasta vaprava. Thode mith ghalave.
Bhandyavar zaakan thevun manda vistavavar shijvave.
Kanda shijla ki tyat aale lassen paste ghalavi. Partun ghyavi.
Basmati rice ghalava. Partun ghyava.
Paani microwave made garam karun ghyave.
Pan madhe kolambi, chirlela batata ani Malvani masala (or garam masala) ghalava. 
Ukallele pani ghalave. Thode mith ghalave.
Pressure panchya don shittya kadhavya.
Pressure gele ki, tyat chirleli kothimbir ghalavi.
Vaadhtana varun tup ani fried onions ghalave.

Recipe modified for Instant Pot
1. Start with Saute mode on Medium
2. After the water is added, change to Rice mode
3. Adjust water to rice ratio accordingly.
