ReplyDeleteSlice the tondli length wise. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Add chopped onions. After the onions cook, add the tondli. Cover the pan with a lid and pour some water on the lid. Tondli takes a while to cook, so keep stirring. Once the tondli cooks, add salt and red chilli powder. Add a little jaggery and chopped cilantro.
