Tondli chi Bhaaji

Ingredients:
Tondli
Kanda,
Tel
Mohri, Hing, Jeere
Halad,
Mirchi powder
Kothimbir
Meeth, Gul

Tondli lambat chirun ghyavi.
Vistavavar bhande tapvun tyat tel ghalave. Tel taplyavar tyat mohri, hing, jeere ghalave. Halad ghalavi.
Kanda ubha chirun ghalava.
Kanda naram zaalyavar chirleli tondli ghalavi.
Bhandyavar zaakan thevun zaakanavar paani thevave.
Tondli shijaila vel lagto. Satat partat rahave.
Tondli shijlyavar mirchi powder ani meeth ghalave. Chavila gul ghalave.
Kothimbir chirun ghalavi.

  5. Here you go...
    Slice the tondli length wise. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Add chopped onions. After the onions cook, add the tondli. Cover the pan with a lid and pour some water on the lid. Tondli takes a while to cook, so keep stirring. Once the tondli cooks, add salt and red chilli powder. Add a little jaggery and chopped cilantro.
