Halad, Garam Masala, Miri
Khobra
Chinch
Kothimbir
Meeth


Vistavavar bhande tapvun tyat tel ghalave.
Tel taplyavar tyat kislele aale ani mirchya ghalavya.
Barik chirlela kanda and batatyachya fodi ghalavya.
Bhandyavar zaakan thevun tyavar paani ghalave.
Kanda batata shijlyavar tyat tisrya, meeth, halad ani thoda garam masala ghalava.
Thodya vela saathi shijvave (few minutes).
Khobra ani miri che vatap karun ghyave.
Vatap tisryanvar ghalave. Shijvave.
Thodi chinch ghalavi.
Kothimbir chirun ghalavi.
