Beet chi Koshimbir

Ingredients:
Beet
Kanda
Oli mirchi
Kothimbir
Limbu juice / Dahi
Meeth, Sakhar

Beet ukdun ghyave. Cooker madhe ek/don shitya kadhavya. Saal kadhun takave.
Kisani var kisun tyat meeth, sakhar, oli mirchi, kothimbir ghalavi.
Kanda barik chirun ghalava.
Limbu pilave.

Limbu juice aivaji dahi ghatle tari koshimbir changli lagte.
