Kandya chi Koshimbir

Ingredients:
Kande
Oli mirchi
Miri powder
Kothimbir
Limbu juice / Dahi
Meeth, Sakhar

Kanda saal kadhun ubha chirava.
Tyat meeth, oli mirchi, miri powder, sakhar  (chavi purti) ghalavi.
Limbu pilave athava dahi ghalave.
Kothimbir chirun ghalavi.
