Harbarya chi Usal

Ingredients:
Harbare
Kande
Tel
Lasun, Aale
Halad
Garam masala, Mirchi powder
Khobre
Gul
Kothimbir
Meeth

Sakali harbare paanyat bhijat ghalave.
7-8 tasanantar te galun thevave.
Tyat mod aalyavar tyat paani ghalun cooker madhe shijat thevave. 3 shitya.
Kanda barik chirun thevava.
Ek bhande vistavavar thevun taplyavar tyat tel ghalave.
Tel taplyavar tyat chirleli lasun ani kislele aale ghalave. Halad ghalavi.Jara partun ghyave.
Tyat chirlela kanda ghalava.
Kanda shijlyavar tyat shijlele harbare (panyasakat) ghalave.
Garam masala, mirchi powder ghalavi.
Ukalyavar khobre ghalave.
Thoda gul ghalave.
Chirleli kothimbir ghalavi.
