Ingredients:
Masur dal
Olya mirchya
Kanda
Tomato
Tel / Tup
Lasun, Aale, Halad, Dalchini
Kadipatta
Kothimbir
Chinch
Meeth

Masur dal dhun ghyavi. Eka bhandyat paani gheun ukalave.
Nantar tyat masur dal ghalavi.
Tya barobar olya mirchya, kanda ani tomato barik chirun ghalava.
Dal ani kanda shiklyavar utarun thevave.
Dusare bhande vistavavar thevave. Taplyavar tyat tel / tup ghalave.
Garam zalyavar tyat chirleli lasun, dalchini, aale ani kadipatta ghalave. Halad ghalavi.
Lasun shijlyavar tyat shijleli masur dal ghalavi.
Ukalyavar tyat meeth ghalave.
Chinch ghalavi ani chirleli kothimbir ghalavi.
