Oli mirchi
Kadipatta
Kothimbir
Meeth, Sakhar
Khobra

Jaade pohe dhuen nithalat thevave.
Bhande vistavavar thevave. Taplyvar tyat tel ghalave.
Tel taplyavar tyat mohri, hing, jeere, oli mirchi ani kadipatta ghalava.
Tyat obha chirlela kanda ani batatyachya fodi ghalavya.
Kanda ani batata shijlyavar tyat pohe ghalave.
Meeth ani chavila sakhar ghalun neat dhavalave.
Kothimbir barik chirun ghalavi.
Bhandyavar zaakan theun thoda vel band thevave.
Nantar bhande vistavavarun utarave.
Serve with fresh khobra (not the frozen one or the dessicated one) and limbu juice.
