Cauliflower chi Bhaaji (Pav Bhaaji)

Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Batate
Tel
Lasun, Aale
Kande
Tomato
Everest Pav Bhaji Masala, Mirchi powder
Kothimbir
Amul Butter
Meeth, Sakhar

Cauliflower khup barik chirava. Batate dhuen ghyave.
Pressure cooker madke cauliflower ani batate ukdun ghyave.
Ukadlyavar batate solun kuskarave.
Vistavavar bhande tapvun tyat tel ghalave. Tel taplyavar tyat barik chirleli lasun ani kislele aale ghalave.
Lasun lalsar hoiparyant partun ghyavi. Nantar tyat barik chirlela kanda ghalava.
Kanda shijeparyant bhandyavar zaakan theun tyavar paani ghalave.
Ukadkela cauliflower ani batata mash karava.
Kanda lalsar zaala ki tyat tomato chya fodi ghalavya.
Tomato changla shijlyavar tyat pav bhaaji masala ani mirchi powder ghalavi.
mash kelela cauliflower ani batata ghalava. Neat dhavalave ani tyat meeth, mirchi powder, thodi sakhar ghalavi.
Kothimbir chirun ghalavi. Amul butter ghalave. No other butter will do!!!
