Vangi swachcha dhuvun madhyam akarachya fodi kapun ghyavya.
Vangyachya fodi panyat budavun thevavya.
Bhande vistavavar thevave. Taplyavar tyat tel ghalave.
Tel taplyavar tyat chirleli lasun, olya mirchyanche tukde ani halad ghalavi.
Kanda barik chirun ghalava.
Kandya barobar batatyache tukde ghalave.
Kanda naram zaalyavar tomato chya fodi ghalavya.
Tomato naram zaalyavar vangyachya fodi ghalavya.
Meeth, mirchi powder, garam masala ghalun thode paani ghalave.
Pressure pan madhe ghalun ek shiti kadhavi.
Thodya velane pressure pan ughadun tyat chavila thodi sakhar ani chirleli kothimbir ghalavi.
