Kobi chi Bhaaji

Ingredients:
Kobi
Tel
Mohri, Hing, Jeere
Olya mirchya
Kadipatta
Kothimbir
Meeth, Sakhar

Kobi chirun ghyava.
Vistavavar bhande tapvun tyat tel ghalave. Tel taplyavar tyat mohri, hing, jeere, olya mirchyanche tukde ani kadipatta ghalava.
Chirlela kobi takava.
Bhandyavar zaakan thevun zaakanavar paani thevave.
Ek vaaf aalyavar tyat meeth takave. Partun zaakun thevave.
Kobi shijlyavar chavila sakhar ghalavi.
Kothimbir chirun ghalavi.
